Best drinking date: before three years of age, but it
is better drunk when young in order to appreciate its aromatic fragrance
Food pairings: A splendid wine with salamis and cold
starters, (perfect with aubergine parmesan) and excellent with stewed
or grilled fish, grilled meat and poultry, spicy dishes and rabbit chasseur.
