White grape variety par excellence, it can be cultivated in a very different range of areas in terms of soil and climate. Calabria is an ideal setting for Chardonnay. Its wines show a nice level of acidity, with hints of tropical fruit and mulberry. Great richness of flavour, depth and length.
Aromatic variety grown in many parts of the world. It delivers pleasantly fresh wines, with peculiar hints, among others, of nettle and tomato leaves as well as the now famous cat-pee aroma.
